Hello.

Is anyone else getting the same pre-order error? I got this error at 3 AM and I am still getting it now. It states: our system is unable to process your information at this time. Call us at 1-800-331-0500 or try again later. (WLSS41016).

I am able to login to AT&T from the main website. After selecting the phone and going to check out there is a Nother login screen and that is the screen that gives me this error. I called AT&T and they could not help. So then I started a chat which actually got me further and in touch with a manager, but it ended up in this after an hour of chatting:

ATT: We do apologize at the moment I have just verified that we're having an ongoing system update so it's giving us this area. But we are working on it in the best option is to try within 24 hours

Me: I say are you certain that this is the issue, wow.

ATT: Yes just got the same issue from a different team.

Me: This is absolutely crazy… Systems update when pre-orders go up? Really?

ATT: really sorry, this happens when a lot of volume of order goes up and our tech team is working on it so that our system will allow to process the order.

Well I've tried initially at 3 AM as well and still had same error.

Just frustrated and confused at AT&T.
