AT&T Order Status : "In Progress" with No Tracking# and Not Shipped

I really want to know how many people are in the same situation with me.
I ordered my iPhone on the 2:00 am (PST) in the 15th.
They asked me to verify my credit card on the 16th.

In the order status, I never had a status of being back ordered.
