He calls up to the ATT service line, sits on hold for about an hour at 2 in the afternoon. Asks the rep, any chance I can get a 64g sg plus? Sure, I can do that for you! Decided since that went to easy, he'd do the same for his loving wife. Adds a 64g silver plus to his order. Launch day is confirmed to be his arrival date.
SO, guess what happens bright and early Friday morning? FedEx guy shows up with not one , not two but 3 iPhones for them! They were charged for two. I sat on ATT's website at 2 am and can't get one phone. He saunters in and gets 3. Gah!
I ordered my phones through a at&t rep over the phone on the 12th around 1-2pm it took forever and my exp ship date was in nov but i got both of mine yesterday so maybe by placing the orders over the phone went right in to the system and did not have to get updated like all of the online orders did
