AT&T Pre-order status iPhone 6 Plus (only)

Oh, keep forgetting to drop this lovely story out there. Co-workers' husband decided on a whim on preorder day that he wanted to get a new iPhone. He calls up to the ATT service line, sits on hold for about an hour at 2 in the afternoon. Asks the rep, any chance I can get a 64g sg plus? Sure, I can do that for you! Decided since that went to easy, he'd do the same for his loving wife. Adds a 64g silver plus to his order. Launch day is confirmed to be his arrival date.

SO, guess what happens bright and early Friday morning? FedEx guy shows up with not one , not two but 3 iPhones for them! They were charged for two. I sat on ATT's website at 2 am and can't get one phone. He saunters in and gets 3. Gah!

I ordered my phones through a at&t rep over the phone on the 12th around 1-2pm it took forever and my exp ship date was in nov but i got both of mine yesterday so maybe by placing the orders over the phone went right in to the system and did not have to get updated like all of the online orders did

Called AT&T to check on my order, rep said I never accepted the terms, so she took it upon herself to cancel the order. ....... Apple won't let me upgrade because of a crazy ass error.

It looks like I am in the same boat. I ordered the same phone at about the same time and am in Las Vegas.

ordered 9/12 at 00:10 PDT using AT&T website under a 2 year contract plan. Received a confirmation email from Premier Online Store at 02:01 PDT 9/12 saying that my phone would ship in 14-21 business days.
First set of shipping dates 10/31-11/11
Second set of shipping dates 10/13 - 10/22
Third set of shipping dates 10/02 - 10/13

At least you are premier so ur chances seem to be higher than mine but vegas isn't that far from me either so I'll send you good vibes and good luck # maybe it will help mine get here faster too

you never know cause i never got a update from att till fedex had my order so I bet there is a bunch of phones waiting to be put in to the system at fedex

I ordered a 64gb space gray + on launch day at 2:03 am CST, reciveved the conformation email at 3:19 am CST, and was always in the 10-2 to10-13 shipping dates. Had no movement on shipping dates or any contact from att after the conformation email, just like many of you on this forum, until today. I just received an email at 3:15 pm CST today saying that my ordered has shipped. About an hour later I got a text message saying the same thing. The package is set for overnight delivery from Fort Worth Texas to Missouri and I will receive it by end of business Monday. Thought I would post this to give some of you more hope that your phones will be coming soon!

Went to pick up 6+ and decided on the 6

FYI--everyone needs to put their hands on the Plus to make sure it's not too big for them. I used it to make 2 calls and answer an email and went straight back to the Apple Store to swap it out.

I'm in Missouri also! Same exact phone, I received my confirmation email at 03:49 though. Hopefully they'll have enough stock to reach me before the end of the day.

I've been checking off and on all day and it still says "Preparing for Shipment" and "pending shipment" next to the tracking number.

I did a stock locator search on apple.com for 6+ here in Houston and saw that 3 Apple stores had the 6+ 128gb Space Gray in stock. So I called to cancel my AT&T pre-order and right after that, I did the stock locator again on apple.com and it was down to only 2 apple stores with stock left so I made my way through the order process on the site and chose which store to pick it up from.

I got my order receipt earlier and now just got my confirmation to pick up my new 6+ in store today. Apple stores seem to be getting random drops so definitely try this method if you can. Good luck!

I ordered at 3:14am set time and just spoke to premier and they told me that althought i ordered at 3:14 my order wasn't processed until 9:22am on AT&T end.

She told me that there was a "glitch" I told her yes the glitch made it last come first served and hung up on her..........

went from 10/31 to 10/22 to finally 10/2 but no movement or premier emails like u guys.............. i'm in NYC it says premier but i get a discount from my college FAN.........

longtime ATT and Macrumors member.... ATT mishandled this..... I would shutdown the site after all pre orders are filled and have everyone else just goto store because now i have to wait october....

My girl "walked into a tmobile store at work during her lunch break and called me FaceTime with her new gold iPhone 6.... no waiting.


I'm waiting for the SG 64+

anyone in my sinking boat as well?

Well yeah a few days ago everyone was mad that was premier but now it seems most of the orders that are shipping out are premier funny how that works isn't it good luck though hope it comes for you and me soon

How does one do a "stock locator search?"

I should have been more clear. I did a search to see what was available for pick up today and it showed me what stores I could pick them up from. Just go to the apple site, pick your configuration and then at the bottom it shows you shipping estimate and also says check for store availability. Just select that and type in your zip code. It will show you who has it on store.

You said what I was thinking. I'm wondering if all the phone calls and e-mails from Premier members got them to go back and examine when Premier members actually ordered their phones. Way back in this thread, it was non-Premier members who ordered well after Premier members that were getting shipping information.

I am there with you. Still waiting and ordered 12:54am MST and nothing. NO change to site, no tracking numbers either and no + stock in local Apple store. edit--I am a Premier member

Yep. AT&T. The stock went quick though. Earlier it showed Memorial City, Highland Village, and First Colony. After I cancelled my AT&T pre-order, I went back to the apple site and all that was left was Highland Village and First Colony. I selected Higland village but then then it said it is no longer available. So I selected first colony and everything went through.

First phone just got marked as shipped but no information on premier site or in fedex

Yeah, it could just be a coincidence as to whom is getting shipping info. There was also a rumor that the Premier and non-Premier come out of two separate pots. Not sure if that is true but it could also impact what appears to be happening.

I live in Corona and ordered iPhone 6+ 128 gb Gold on 9/12 1 am PST and received Fedex shipping notice at 9:10 am today and then from Premier at 10 am. There is hope and i bet you will be getting your notice today if not this weekend.

Same exact phone ordered before you from the Bay Area via Premier and nothing on any site showing delivery. Congrats on a good selection.
