The 18th was the last email or text I have received from AT&T. Non-premier customer (just haven't linked my accounts, even though it will save me 20% per month, been a Cingular customer since 2002. My bills are 400-500 per month.).

The most disappointing thing for me is that AT&T has a problem but won't acknowledge it. If you turn on the TV you will see that all cell companies spend big dollars trying to attract new customers. How about spending a few bucks on keeping a customer or two?

So, here I am, 1.5 weeks later, still with a 10/13-10/22 shipping date.

I just got my tracking I ordered 3;02am edt 128 gb gold 6+ didn't get confirmation email until 6:01 am and 2 order processed texts at 9;14 am all on 9/12 all times edt I just refreshed the order status page and found tracking with a tues delivery no email or text from att yet. I felt I needed to post this as a thank you for all the info everyone else has shared to keep my hopes up. Also for what it's worth I'm in Kentucky. Go Big Blue! Lol
 
Ordered 12:08 AM Central time, received e-mail confirmation at 3:15 AM Central time. Received two order processed texts on 9/12.

128 GB 6 Plus SG color

Have had the full pending charge ($541.XX) on my CC since the 12th. Order status still showing 10/2 to 10/13 this whole time, still have the blue "cancel order" button showing on my order status.

Getting pretty annoyed. I'm beginning to think my phone really won't ship until 10/2 at the earliest.

Welcome to the club. Next time don't make your thank you so humblebraggy. They need it really rubbed in their face. They'll appreciate their tracking confirmations a lot more.

AT&T site said my 64GB SG Plus has shipped, but no tracking # yet. FedEx Delivery Manager is silent and Premier site shows no change. Ordered at 2:02 a.m., got confirmation email an hour later.
 
Call to customer service

Just called in to AT&T customer service. Whereas it got me absolutely *no* further information on my phone's status, it was very therapeutic. I just feel sorry for the customer service rep that had to take the brunt of it. :eek:

Whew. Ok. That may have cleared the mind just enough to handle a few more days of waiting for a tracking number...
