Got a $75 credit by posting to @ATT_CustomerCare with the #attfail on Twitter
They responded via messenger on Twitter
After giving her the vital info, and saying I felt like I deserved a bill credit or a new case based on the failure of the fcfs they say was supposed to happen, she asked if she could call me. She did this evening and gave me enough credit to get a nice case as well as a bill credit
BTW I was nice on the phone and and explained that a lot of the frustration I've seen on this thread had as much to do with ATT's lack of transparency as well as the fact that the CSR's obviously were not given any leadership/guidance/information that would have at least given the consumer a feeling that we weren't all being stonewalled.
Anyway, been reading this thread since Friday(?) I haven't had any movement on my dates at all.
