Mine finally says processed on the 877 number, can anyone confirm 100% this is good before I get my hopes up too high?

Well, it's better than backordered, but it could still mean that you won't get it till Oct 2. My wife's phone is still on backorder. Also has a date of 10/2
 
All depends on your personal preference. I have a shipping date of 10/2 to10/13 from att so I'm going to wait it out.

I just played with the Iphone 6 plus at the At&t store. I have to admit, the performance wasn't what I expected. It was ok but not as fluid as I remember the Iphone being. I pulled out my OnePlus One and it seemed to operate smoother and my friend agreed. I had heard that IOS 8 wasn't so great but it seems to run well on my Ipad Air fine. The screen didn't seem to get as bright either.

I still can't wait to get my phone but my excitement level has went down slightly. I'm hoping it was just a flaw in the display units, unfortunately it was this way at best buy also.

Anyway, I don't want to bring anymore negativity to this thread LOL, it was just an observation. I still really want this phone.

I stopped at the Apple store tonight as well and I am still wanting the 6+. I thought it was going to be too big, but it was easy to use with one hand. It seems snappier than my 5s.
 
Free att iphone case/apple care

If you been a att Customer for a couple of years there giving free iphone 6 cases.they don't just send it to you though they give you a bill credit. You have to call 611 and tell them that your aware of the customer program. Where att Credits your account because you're unsatisfied.they will put a credit on your account for the price of the phone case. if you know that you had previous credits that go over hundred and 50 bucks they probably won't credit your account because there's a line drawn in the sand pretty much of how much credit they can give you per year.. Some people even get apple care.
 
The AT&T Executive Office called me today and we got nowhere. Below is a summation of what Louie told me.
  • First come, first serve does not apply to the iPhone 6+, only the iPhone 6 regardless of what the email said
  • Despite the above, phones are still being processed first come, first serve
  • Not a chance anybody who ordered before me, 3:10 am EDT, has received their phone before me
  • AT&T's systems do not show the time my order was processed, only the date. This, despite a Premier rep telling me my order processed at 9:09AM EDT on 9/12.
  • The Executive Team has had no other complaints about orders shipping out of order. My complaint was a surprise to them.

Given this phone call and our discussion, I can only assume the customer service issues which plague AT&T are not only with the CSRs - they extend all the way to the Executive Offices.

Well a7 processor has one billion transistors vs a8 Processor with 2 billion. It better be snappier lol and faster.

Free att iphone case/apple care

No … I'm also 64gb Gold Plus and my early pre order from ATT has not shipped. I got the $40 activation fee on my bill tho :) called ATT on that and they said it goes with the order … regardless when I get the phone … kinda sucks huh? Also even tho I'm on the 10-02 to 10-13 for shipping … ATT chat guru said it's 35 to 48 business days from time of order for pluses. I really do not want to believe that! Why do they always sneak that business day BS in?

Call again, I got my activation fee waived...and didn't have to insist much...

Yeah, it did seem pretty snappy, it was just the scrolling through the contacts area didn't seem as fluid as I remember. I really liked the look and feel of the phone. I've been using Android phones for awhile so I knew the size wouldn't bother me.
 
So my apple store has the phone I ordered avaliable for pick up right now but on Sprint. Has anyone had sprint? Is it that bad?
