I called CRS on the Premier line and after another 30 mins on hold, I got a Mexican man, he sounded so whipped that I went out of my way to be nice to him. He gave me the same line that all the others have but after a while he told me that it was sitting in a warehouse waiting it's turn to be shipped. I asked if he could tell me if it was in the US of China and he said that it was in the US! :D I also found out that it is coming FedEx, so now I can watch their website for info.

It's not much, but it's more that I had. Funny, he never offered any info that I didn't already have other than it was in a warehouse but he had more info when I had specific questions for him to answer. I asked about free cases of bill credits, but he said that he couldn't do any thing like that. :confused:
 
There were several 10/2 folks that got shipments between Saturday and today

Figures. I'd rather have been a later date that just got moved to 10-2 - 10/13. At least I'd feel like I was making progress then. lol. I've seen so many people move up and I'm just stuck. I saw several locally, not just here. Hell, one girl and her husband had mid November dates and theirs arrived today. Ughhhh.

Also, I'm at (and have always been) at "Preparing to ship". How many more changes are between that and actually "Shipped"? Anyone know?
 
I've not been too hard on AT&T thus far and have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but if they changed the recording in the midst of this just to F with us I'm hopping on the AT&T hate bandwagon. :mad:

I'm off to bed, not going to drive myself crazy with this all night. :) Good luck to all, let's hope we wake up to some good news tomorrow! :)

i was at a local mall for other reasons than the iPhone and i noticed a long customer line just to enter the store, i noticed people were asking for 128gb iPhone Plus so i asked myself and they had around 50 in stock for different carriers... except for AT&T! :( i felt so rejected lol

I called and spoke to an dian or hispanic, I don't know, lol. He said AT&T had my phone and it was sitting in a warehouse for fedex... also said it could be a few weeks before delivery. WTF! :-(
 
So can anyone confirm that once the call is made and it says processing instead of backorder that it's going to ship?
 
I did the @ATTcustomer care on Twitter last night. Got an immediate tweet. Later got a call from someone really nice and basically said the pre-rehearsed speech. I was nice to him as I know it's not his fault. One interesting thing he told me that I have yet to hear since I've been on this thread (since day 2)...he said "your package will be coming by DHL"

I asked him to please repeat that and he indeed said DHL.

Go figure. I think the only carrier we haven't heard yet has been the Loomis Fargo peeps.

It could happen....I guess....if you believe them. Le sigh...
