Please help!

Looking for guidance here….. So I go into the local retail store and order on the morning of the 12th. I am doing a new next plan on one of my phones. I have 3 phones me and my 2 girls. I get all the order done for a 6 plus 64gb space grey. I leave the store and the Rep said she would email me my receipts and I would get confirmation from ATT. I get home get the emails and it says expect shipment dates…. 10/31/2014 to 11/11/2014!!!!!!! I have been reading all these messages and I am confused. Here are my questions:

Should I try and cancel and try my luck every day at the Apple Store?
I am not sure that I am a true “Premiere” customer but I do get a discount on my products because of where I work but this is a personal account. Does this matter?
Do I stick with this order and hope by the Grace of God it gets moved up?

10/13-10/22 here.. Premier customer. Sometime between yesterday ~8pm and today ~9:30am (central time) my 877 status went from backordered to being process. Still gave me the same dates though.

Are you for real? If so, thats awesome...Hope I get some good news real soon, since I'm in that ball park.
 
So I guesss if your 877 phone status goes from backordered to processing, it will eventually get to shipped in a short period of time.:D

I first checked on the 877 number Monday night around 12 pm EST, 'backordered', checked yesterday 11 pm EST 'processing', Today morning 9 am still said the same thing so I checked the AT&T order status and still showed preparing to ship 10/13-10/22 range, then checked premier order status page and it showed pending confirmation instead of the usual date range with the cancel preorder button still present.

Curious I went back to the AT&T order status page and it showed shipped! with a tracking number. Mine should be arriving tomorrow by 8 PM EST.

Premier. Got the email confirmation around 6:22am. Got the two texts the next day morning 9/13 around 9 am and 11 am. No communication since then.

Now the waiting game. And need to decide on a case, don't want to take a chance with all these bending issues.

If this is true, I think you're about to make a lot of people very angry. There appear to be tons of people that ordered well before 6am (including myself) who haven't received any type of shipping confirmation.
 
Last night my status for my 64gb Silver 6+ went to preorder processing, woke up this morning with a tracking number for delivery tomorrow. I was in the 10/2 black hole. Woo Hoo!!!!

I'm so excited, I can't hide it, I'm about to lose control and I Think I like it...

Good luck to rest of you all still waiting, I know it sucks and the AT&T CSRs are a pain in the ASS, but when you get your tracking number all is forgotten.:apple:

I ended up emailling Randall yesterday and i am not sure of this was a coincidence or not but I received my tracking number from fedex shortly after.

How were yall offered free cases?

If your status changed from "back ordered" to "processing" on the 877 #, there's a pretty good chance your phone will be shipping soon, give it some time.

To all you guys that have received recent shipping confirmation, congrats. I'm still stuck in my bracket, and with premier orders being shipped first, I'll be waiting for a little while longer.

Hoping that I receive some sort of update by next week, we'll see.

This may offer a small window of hope for people in the 10/13-10/22 shipping range as one UPS cargo plane arrived at 845 this morning and another one is schedule to arrive around noon today.

Don't change it, those dates will move up and your order will get ship earlier than expected. Just look at amazon for example, sometimes they throw out crazy shipping date, but they usually ship it out much earlier than their estimated date.

So I did check last might and my order did change from back ordered to processing. This morning as of 10 min ago on my att order checking it shows SHIPPED! Hallelujah! My stress is over lol. No tracking info but that's okay. I'm hoping I should get it tomorrow or Thursday. IPhone 6+ 64gb space grey indiana I'm a premier customer ordered at 3:05 am. Now otterbox needs to get off their asses and let me order mine!
 
same 10/2-10/13 boat........stuck in the mud...going nowhere fast

Well folks, i've been following along for the past few days, and i am in the same boat......

Orderd 9/12 at around 330am.

Originally got 10/13 ship date, but then it went down to 10/2.

That gave me a small glimmer of hope that maybe it would go down again, but hasnt budged.....

No shipping info on any of the web sites, when i call the 877, it says processing but still says 10/2 date.

Called ATT Permier this morning and talked to CSR named Heather. She was nice, and i remained calm.

The issue i have is that i'm going out of town on 10/8 and will be gone until the 13th.

So if I dont get any shipping information before the 7th or 8th, im afraid i will have to cancel my order as i dont have anyone that will be home to receive it.

I explained that to Heather and asked if anything could be done to expedite the order in any way, and of course the answer was no.

Then i told her that i woke up at 3am ordered this thing for launch day, and now i got nothing........so i asked if they could waive the activation fee, and she said she could not, but that she could give me a 25 dollar credit on my account, so i agreed. She put me on hold, then came back and said she misspoke, and its only a 20 dollar credit, so i just thought whatever, and agreed.

So, what are the odds I will get my phone before my travel date of 10/8.

It seems that some people are getting lucky and getting earlier than expected shipments, but i dont seem to be one of those......

FRUSTRATED.

Actually, 64GB SG are shipping as well
 
Has anyone been able to find any correlation between the FedEx reference number and their ATT account/order?
The FedEx reference number bears no relation to my phone number, order number, account number, or anything else that comes to mind.

Well even though you ordered on the day pre-orders went live, by the time the retail stores had opened there were already pre-orders done online in excess of 1 million units. The 10/31 - 11/11 sounds right on par. But there is definitely a chance that could be moved up. From everything we've seen, those estimated dates are both floating and conservative. I started at 10/22 - 11/XX, then moved to 11/11 - 11/27, then back down to 10/2 - 10/13, and then I saw my device was actually shipped today.

It's a craps shoot whether or not you want to cancel your order and try your luck in-store. It's worked for some, but we aren't sure when the 6+ will be readily available in stores (most markets outside of major areas like New York saw shipments run out immediately without any restock). I'm personally glad I didn't cancel, and I would be willing to bet you'll get your order in October as opposed to November.

Just my thoughts.
 
Staying home with sick kids makes this worse. Literally checking every 5 minutes. I'm sick in a different way I guess. Still preorder processing on premier but preparing to ship
