When I call it says "cannot locate order" no matter how I search. I talked to a CSR and they said it was a common error but they did not know what causes some orders to not be found by the phone system. They assured me though that my phone is in the system and is going through the normal processes.

Oh man I am feeling like *that guy* that ordered same time frame as others for Premier 64GB SG 6+ and my order slips through the cracks while I see massive "mine's shipped yoohoo!!". Ugh! Why is everyone else getting shipped but me!? I must have refreshed too many times checking my order, so now I am relegated to wait even longer. :(

UPDATE: Both have shipped! No email but can see on AT&T.com. Have FEDEX tracking numbers and est. arrival by 3pm TOMORROW.


Changing from backordered to "being processed" on 877# is absolutely the key! I had to wait 20 hours from the time I originally heard the change....but it happened for both phones. Can't freaking believe it. Hope every one of you is next!!
 
I ordered my 128 GB Space Gray iPhone 6+ at 1:30 am via ATT after waiting for Apple's site to come up. Apple Store App said it couldn't do my order since I was a Next customer.

Been stuck at "preparing to ship" and "expected shipping date: 10/13-10/31" since order day.

I got my case today though!

Pondering whether to cancel my order and try to get an iPhone 6. Really can't tell how long I'll be waiting for the 6+ at this point.
 
I called at 7am (CST) this morning and it said backordered, then at 9am (CST) it had changed to Processing, but at the end of the message it still says 10/2-10/13....So who knows what will happen!

Same thing we all got. As a matter of fact, 4 hours before mine went to shipped I spoke to a CSR (they called me in response to another issue) and she told me she could tell me that my phone would ship for sure between the dates of 10/2 and 10/13, maybe even earlier. :rolleyes:
 
My 128GB 6 Plus Space Gray just changed to a Shipping Date of TODAY (09/24/2014)!!

But the Carrier is showing as UPS! No tracking number yet.

The 877 number changed today from "on backorder" to "being processed".

I'm in the NYC Area.

wait it out. don't settle. I know everyone is shipping now who is premier but I think in a few days us non premier will see movement.
 
A positive thing for everyone who is pissed you're not seeing any movement... 5 more planes take off in a few hours to KY.
 
Tried to stop looking on here and checking my status but I can't. Had something to do online but my mind is to occupied with this stuff. C'mon shipping!

called in to frustrate myself even further and did just that. The CSR stated NO iPhone 6 Plus models were shipping until next week. I told him i knew of quite a few people who have already received theirs and he said that was just not possible and insinuated i was not telling the truth. Pretty terrible conversation over all. Confirmation at 11:57PM 9/11 BTW

just received my fedex tracking number!!!
I'm so surprised because my delivery dates were 10/13-10/22. never moved to 10/2-10/13; went directly to shipped.
This should give a lot of people a lot of hope!!


I haven't received an email or text from att and i would share my order, confirmation, and all the other things people like to, but quite frankly, IT DOESNT MATTER. It seems that att is drawing numbers from a hat!

Here is what I don't get.. I call the 877 number.. type in my number.. and type in a INCORRECT shipping zip.. and it tells me my items on backorder. Why did it not say incorrect zip or something?
