I see them finishing up the 2-13 Oct people tonight and getting us our phones before the weekend. At least that's what I keep telling myself in order to prevent getting any crazier than I'm already at. Adding to this: Got my case on Monday and it feels great. NOW IF I COULD ONLY PUT MY FREAK'N PHONE IN IT THAT WOULD BE GREAT!!!! LOL

I have for a iPhone 6 Space Gray preparing to ship. I think what's happening is some are being shipped at a given time and when they can get it sent, they will. What's your order starting with?
Mine is with 1019 so I'm guessing the next few days. Either way when it does ship, it'll be overnight.

Don't worry, with my luck, I'll be here waiting long after my supposed 10/2 to 10/13. My luck with ANYTHING being shipped lately is horrible.
Apple case: Not shipping until October. Um, why?

iPhone: Everyone gets dates moved up and phones delivered, even those that ordered a week after me.
KT Tape sends me a sample that's to be delivered today: USPS lost the package.

I had to specifically add the tracking number to FedEx Delivery manger before I could customize it. You've probably worked out your problem by now, but maybe this will help someone else. At the top of Delivery manger I clicked the button to add shipment, entered the number I got from the att.com site and then after that I could customize it.
Mine was shipped at 4:00pm est, but so far no charges.
Exactly what I thought today when I was talking to a CSR who kept saying that they keep getting better with every iPhone pre-order. Really? You've had seven tries to get this right. I work in IT, and if I kept failing after 7 tries, I doubt I'd still be employed.

Well I don't know if this is anything or not. I have called the 877# at least 4 times today. I figured I would call one more time before bed. My regular reply has been "your order has been back ordered and will ship when available". But the last call of the day it has changed to " your order is being processed with a ship date of 10/2 to 10/13". Any thoughts on this?

I was able to customize it but the hold for pick up and other options were grayed out. I called Fedex and they told me the package can't be held for pick up until after the first attempt.
That's a good sign. Approximately 20 hours after the 877 number dud that to mine it just shipped with tracking this evening! Start a countdown. At least two of us here had this exact same scenario
Called several times today including now before bed and 877 still says backordered

If it is anything like the rest of ours, you will be getting tracking info within 12-24 hours. Keep checking like a mad person.
That's the exact situation I'm in. Except I ordered two, both SG, 128 & 64 GB
You will get tracking information tomorrow. The same thing happened to me last night at exactly this time. I'm getting my phone tomorrow.
