Jeez. Frustrating is an understatement. Well do continue to vent just here. I've noticed that when some frustrated AT&T customers venture off to create new threads, they get jumped on by other forum members defending AT&T like it's their Aunt Betty or something. I don't quite understand that, but I'm new here and there clearly is something I am failing to grasp about the prevailing culture or mindset here. They think we are entitled whiners and they remind us it's all first world problems if we talk about AT&T mucking the order system up or dragging their feet restoring upgrade eligibility for folks who cancelled preorders. We will be reminded it's just a phone and people are dying somewhere and we are dorks to blame AT&T for anything when it's such a busy time for them.

Do be careful if you are tempted to cancel your preorders and go for a phone in the store. Some people get their eligibility restored quickly and others end up in yet another kind of paperwork purgatory. There is no apparent rhyme or reason to the success stories or the failures. Sound familiar?

I expect I might get some flak for this post. If not here then elsewhere. I don't care. Whatever. I am entitled to an opinion as much as the next person.

I don't think you will catch any flak on this forum for you opinion.
 
When I first ordered ( 9/12 at around 3:15AM) I didn't receive any emails either. I'm now wondering if I would have even had a phone by now, even if I hadn't canceled my pre-order.

Good luck, i really hope you hear something soon.

I received the initial email from premier about my order with the activation info but nothing after that.

yes it is just a phone but I have to admit I've never preordered before. At my age I wasn't going to go to the store. 82 , don't drive and blind DH and it was easier to do it on the phone. I should have waited for a later date and had son take me store. Actually I don't blame att. I blame apple for this.

Yeah, I got that one but nothing else. The crazy thing is, the Oct 2 is just a week away, so if you're in the 10/2 to 10/13 range, you shouldn't have that much longer to wait.
 
Anyone from Puerto Rico that their status changed yesterday to processed got the shipped email or a tracking number? 30 hours in processed here!!

I haven't seen any of this size and color for a long time and when I spoke to CEOs secretary yesterday she very plainly made it sound like I wouldn't get my phone until November. She said that phone would not be ready for delivery before the Nov 8 to Nov 27 time. I was really disappointed. I wonder if they just don't have that phone and we have to wait ill they are made in China. Someone commented a while back to contact CEO by email and I did. His secretary called me yesterday. She was a little abrupt but must be really stressed out. I don't know what to think.
 
I ordered 2 128GB SG iphone 6+'S for my brother and I 9/21 and have estimated shipping of 10/29-11/02. There's definitely no rhyme or reason for the dates they're giving out.

I live in a town of 40,000. Went to our AT&T store to talk about ordering them and the representative that helped us said Apple sent them THREE 6+'s. Three. Freaking three. Then said "good luck explaining it to your pissed off customers!"

Just really really gets me. Why send three to a down of 40,000?!

Get used to it! 877 number going to process means you get shipping in 24 hours, i ordered mine 3 min past opining, nothing as of yet! You got a long time!

Same boat. AT&T is ruining the experience for me.
 
well my Rambo case came, but don't have anything to put in it yet(except the cardboard cutout):(. I am coming from an iPhone 4, which i highly doubt any of you have. So for me this is a huge upgrade.....So over this process...

I came from a 4S. The 6+ is massive change. It feels awesome after you get used to it. When is your phone coming? I get my Spigen tough armor case Wednesday.

I guess the Memphis power outtage delayed shipping today?
 
So do we know or does anyone know the status of the supply of phones? What is the production output now?? I really think that I will end up in an insane asylum if I habe to wait till November.
 
My 64GB SG 6 Plus finally showed up yesterday, had a ship date of 10/2 - 10/13 after moving up twice. I already have a 6 which I'm perfectly happy with so I guess I'll be returning this thing to the AT&T store tomorrow. Anyone know if you can use 2 phones on the same line just by switching the SIM cards if I decided to keep it?

I thought everyone who pre-ordered early would have their phones by now, or at least tracking numbers. I hate this, not only for you guys/gals but for myself and people who ordered a day after launch.

The faster you get yours, maybe the faster we get ours. I say maybe because it really hasn't been working out that way ( Phones received in the order they were placed).

I had a question. Those of you who got the dreaded email, from At&t, basically confirming the later ship dates you see on your order page, have any of you got your phones yet or got tracking info? I'm just wondering how long it takes after getting that email things start happening.

I got the email this morning confirming that my estimated shipping is still 10-29 to 11-7.

I got that email last Thursday and i have tracking already, here on Monday, or tomorrow if i go pickup at local fedex..

Great case without great phone stinks. I feel your pain. I placed my current phone in the 6+ case just to see how it will feel.

Yeah its bad, I know.

whatver you do to make you happy, i am sleeping with my case till Monday...lol..
 
I ordrered a SG 6+ 64gb at 6:30am EST on the 12th through Premier. I ordered the same for my wife immediately after. I got my wife's confirmation about an hour later and mine about 30 minutes after that. We were both originally scheduled late October to early November then we both got bumped up to 10.13-10.22 where we've been.

This morning I got the shipping information for mine which was a pleasant surprise - but I had low expectations of getting one anytime soon. So I know what I'll be doing Monday evening :)

Update: My wife's phone has shipped as well for delivery Monday. Mine is coming FedEx, hers is coming UPS.
 
Hey guys, finally received my 6+ today around 7pm! Just finished backing up and all that jazz.

Hope everyone is receiving tacking info!
