AT&T Pre-order status iPhone 6 Plus (only)

Yeah, all these shipments should have no problem getting delivered by Friday. Most in Louisville by 1:18am, sorted and back on a plane by 8:00am. Arrive at regional facility by mid afternoon. Sorted again. On a truck (if necessary) to sub-regional facility by late afternoon. Arrive at sub-regional facility Thu evening/night. On a delivery truck to YOUR house the next morning. :)

The only issue is that I think all of these are UPS. Have no clue about FedEx.

at the latest out for delivery on sat morning, cause ups and fedex will more than likely send out on the saturdy rather than keep the late product and then have the schedule product on monday and be overwhelmed monday and tuesday

The rep I spoke to said that they had been bombarded all week with calls for the iphone 6 plus but she did let it slip that I would get mine on launch day. I asked her why it stares oct on the status page and she told me they were being conservative but that most people will get theirs on launch day. I sorted out the info (my cc hasn't been charged even as of now) . And I logged in on a whim today around 3 pm. And lo and behold my fedex tracking number shipping out of Texas on requested late delivery with the delivery date set for the 19 at 7 pm. Ican load pictures if anyone wants them but just thought id post in case this info is of any help to anyone. I'm sorry if ta redundant. Hope everyone has theirs on Friday!

Tracking Number--Pending Shipment

Well my tracking number now says Pending Shipment. I know that's not much, but this change just happened. Maybe I will get a tracking number tonight...:cool:

I guess they did that just to stay on the safe side. Once they went through all the order processing, they realized they could fulfill most of them, hence, the date changes from mid and late October all the way through November that happened yesterday. Now all of us that had the initial 10/2 date are getting our confirmations today. My next guess is that once they get through the rest of the orders, the next dates in line will move up accordingly and hopefully get the 9/19 delivery. Just my thoughts.

Wish that was true for me. I don't have shipping info yet and I placed order five minutes before midnight. Got confirmation email 30 minutes after order placed. Original date was 10/13-23, changed on Saturday to 10/2-13. And no change since. Sitting here jealous of everyone getting confirmation.
 
Honestly, Apple CS reps don't have any other info besides what we are seeing online and one of them once told me that (with last preorder). There really is no reason to call the reps at Apple for status because they are just going to say what you know - that it shows it is coming 9/19 or whatever else date it shows.

Is this the first time you're looking at the "Order Details" page rather than just the summary on the page before? Cause mine has said Pending Shipment ever since I looked at details, but otherwise it would just show "Preparing for Shipment" on the summary page.

Don't mean to burst your bubble if that's the case, but hey, any new information is good information! :)
 
IPhone 6 plus 64 at 3:20am....Edt. Got the confirmation emails from att.

Date went from mid Oct to the Oct 2nd date.

Called every phone number mentioned in this thread (well, at least the last 4). I'm premier and called that number as well. Att site says Oct 2nd.

Unless shipping goes along a lot faster or something miraculous happens..... All numbers CSRs have told me that the 2nd of Oct is my shipping date. Thought maybe I'd get the answer I'd want to hear (delivery on Friday) if I became "that guy", but to no avail.......


Guess a man can dream.
 
i live in Florida, and i guess i'm out of luck. i order 6+ Gold 64GB, . my order status keep saying pending for shipment, the date still 10/2-10/13. my first 4 number for my order is 1016. I guess i have to wait till next week to see what happen.

I doubt all those flights are full of phones. One or some of them, sure. But all?

Btw, I've been checking flight aware last two nights. It's been 4-5 UPS flights from ANC to Lousiville every night.

I read somewhere in this forum that apple had a exclusive deals with carriers to ship only iPhones for next few days to meet the pre orders..

I read an article last week that Apple booked all FedEx and ups flights for 2 weeks if true that would mean every plane leaving china from those airports are carrying just iPhones maybe a iPad etc . But all apple! Let's hope ours phones are in there. They are producing 540,000 iPhone 6s a day but only 140,000 of hose are 6+s

They are rejecting 50-60% of the iPhone 6 plus screens due to not matching apple standards.. That would explain low count on iPhone 6 plus output..
 
I honestly don't think the phone numbers or order status page is accurate. I called the 800 number yesterday and the automated machine said "processing order".

I then called the 877 number and it regurgitated info from the order status page which was an estimated delivery for 10/2. However, it also said pending shipment whereas Friday through Tuesday the order summary page stated "preparing for shipment".

Today it has been shipped and the as I had said previously, the tracking number was generated on Monday. Everything is probably just back logged.

And my original ship date was in November when I had completed the order. So it's quite probable those with an original estimated ship date would get theirs on launch day. Atleast, I would assume so.

Same here, I have not seen a FL order yet.
 
Most frustrating experience in the world. Ordering a few minutes after launch, living 30 mins from Fort Worth, and seeing everyone's shipping info originating in Fort Worth but going to other parts of the country. I'd go pick them up from Fort Worth if they would let me! It makes absolutely no sense.
