I'm trying to resolve this FAN issue and Instead of having you wait for the next CSR you get a message telling you to call back later and the call is disconnected. Now that's what I call spectacular service. :rolleyes:

I got much better service - I was forwarded to the "AT&T Voice Mailbox." I guess Premier has eliminated all of their real live workers. :mad:

Now I just get "Thank you for calling AT&T. Goodbye. <click>"

I would imagine they have a few people calling in this morning with all of the issues going on.

Folks need to take a deep breath here and calm down.

tried ordering through Apple and i got a message saying to go to an Apple store for further assistance thats after I got a message telling me I qualified for the 2 year discounted price.

Tried ordering through AT&T's premier website and iPhone4 isn't listed just 3G's phones.

I need to remove the FAN discount from my account to order.

I'm eligible for an upgrade so thats not the issue.

I'm more annoyed that for hours now the iPhone 4 is not available to many / most Premier customers, with no fix or even an explanation on the homepage. If they fixed that their phone lines would not be flooded.
 
Just went through the premiere store with my FAN, no problems. Data plan showed as $40 instead of $30. But I can argue that later.
 
why is this FAN an issue year after year and why haven't they done anything to resolve this? I dont get it? :confused::rolleyes::confused::rolleyes:

It's not an issue for everyone. It depends on how your account is structured. Certain negotiated deals prevent online ordering from going smoothly.
 
I was booted out of the site while checking my cart. Now I can't get back in because it's down. Apple store is down too. (8:55am est)
