Been in an Ongoing battle since Friday (preorder day) with AT&T and my 4 Apple Watch Lines.
All four lines were paid off, and had upgrades, so I put in upgrades on all 4 AW Lines for the Series 4 Preorder. Everything went through, card was charged, got a confirmation number. The night passes and all 4 lines are showing the AT&T next balance on them for the new watches but the orders have been went into "Action Needed". I called AT&T to see what the issue was and no one knew. First call said I would get an email in the hour confirming the orders. Never did. Went into the store to see what was wrong and after 2 hours it was claimed to be fixed and that I would receive a call to confirm everything. Never did. Decided to try the live chat next, after a couple people I was told that the orders were not working because watch lines could not be upgraded.
So now I have 4 lines that are still suck as having a balance now for watches I won't receive, and now the shipping dates are at least a month out (I had the Friday Sep 21st delivery on all 4 watches when I first ordered them) if I want to order 4 watches on 4 new lines.
