I swear I feel like I go through this every year, but here I am anyway.
So I will be upgrading both my iPhone and my husband's on AT&T. In trying to prep via the Apple Store app by favoriting the phones we want, I noticed the only options are (my number) Replace this iPhone on my AT&T account or Buy a new iPhone on an existing wireless account.
Ummm so which of those options do I choose if I want to replace an iPhone but not the one associated with my number? Trying to figure out how to get my husband's ordered as quickly as possible but there is no option for "Replace a different iPhone on my AT&T account."
What am I missing? Hopefully I'm just dumb and/or overthinking.
