After receiving our iPhone 6 orders, we traded in our older iphones at an AT&T store for a trade-in promotion card.

I would like to use the card to purchase an iPad Air. Two AT&T reps I just spoke to had no idea how to do this. Or even if it can be done. Wasted an hour going in circles. Both eventually directed me to the website, but I don't see an option to pay with a promotion card.

Just wondering if anyone has succeeded in ordering an Air 2 using AT&T promo cards?

    thanks much

I don't have an exact answer for your question. But, I would just use the promo card to pay the bills. It doesn't matter where you use it as long as you are paying AT&T right?

Well, my wireless bills are paid by my employer...

If only I had known AT&T was going to make it so complicated, I would have just sold the old phones on craigslist. Oh well

To help you out a bit you could use those promotional cards to purchase an iPad air 2 only problem is it has to be done in store with on hand inventory. Those promotional cards are considered gift cards so the system won't take it on an order. In a week or two you should be able to walk into an Att atore and purchase. Most ATT stores only get 16gb of all colors usually the higher gig ones don't sell much but last year 32 gb were available so ok sure 64 won't be a problem. 128 gb are order only at almost all att stores with the exception of the flagship store in Michigan ave and probably their high volume locations around business districts.

I scored a gold Air 2 at my local ATT corporate store today. They got one 64gb in stock this morning so I pulled the trigger. I used a few ATT promotional cards to help with the price. ALSO NO APPLE SIM SETUP....guess i'll have to go pick one up for $5 at the apple store.
