FYI - it's no better at Verizon.

My wife was on Verizon for a while. It was worse lol. Including the coverage (in our current area, was great in Iowa).

Also, we currently have FiOS. They have tried to Nickel and dime me on EVERYTHING. As soon as I threaten to contact my state and county representative they magically fix things. They threatened to charge me $120 to get a rep out when our internet wasn't working up to promised speeds because it "was probably my fault and they can;t be responsible for money lost". Turns out when they were renovating the building and Verizon was running cable they pinched things in the service box. The pinched cable was causing the issue, NOT anything I did. DEEEERRRRPPPPP!!!!

Another time they wanted 50 bucks for a backup battery (for the phone line in case of power outage). I told them I don't own the unit so I am not interested in paying and planned to just remove the battery (the thing was chirping every 10 minutes). He "checked some things" and mailed one out to me for free...
