hello people I will be ordering an iPhone 7 via AT&T next on apple page will they charge the sales tax to the AT&T account?

What? No. When you checkout you will be asked to provide payment information.

If you live in CA or NY you have to pay the sales tax up front for the whole cost of the device, this was even the case on subsidized contract devices.
