Does anyone know what happened to all us NationTalk customers getting unlimited talk? I'm on the 850 minutes plan with 5 devices total and I'm not seeing unlimited talk.

They might enable it on your account cause I heard many others got switched to unlimited talk.
I used to have over 4000 rollover minutes with AT&T before I switched.
Nowadays carriers give away talk time and focus more on data deals, sharing data plans and data tethering packages to entice customers.
I think pretty soon talk and texts will come unlimited with most plans.

Any idea where you heard those who got switched to unlimited talk? I've only seen a handful on this forum.

My plans says I'm on the 550 Family share, but when I go to view plan details it shows unlimited minutes. But it's weird. I still have rollover and whatever I don't use of the 550 minutes gets added and under plan details it says $.20 per minute overage. We will never use 550+rollover in a month so I will never be able to test it. I called AT&T and asked about it. They had no clue what I was talking about and couldn't find anything on my account that showed unlimited, even though I see it.

Does it show that the anytime minutes are unlimited? You have a screen shot by any chance?

So I just checked my account. Haven't looked at it in a few months because as I mentioned in my previous post, I will never be able to test it out. But it appears AT&T corrected my plans details page. It only shows the 550 and no longer unlimited. Stupid AT&T.

But before it said "Anytime Minutes - Unlimited" and everything else was the same. Screen Shot 2016-02-25 at 8.24.57 AM.png

It was somewhat random. Apparently you got a text if you won the unlimited lottery. Lots more of us temporarily got the screen shot saying we had unlimited minutes, but apparently that was just an error and the website has been fixed. That said, I used all of 35 of my 450 plan minutes last month since I've been using Wi-Fi calling and NumberSync as much as possible.

Thank you for everyone who replied. We've been with AT&T for 15 years now so it's hard to imagine it's a loyalty issue.

I wonder what triggered them to give unlimited to some and not others.

Thank you for posting that.

Now if only we can figure out if AT&T would really help out their loyal clients or not.

I think I complained a lot , that's why I got this unlimited talk from them . No other explanations.

Figure I'd add to everyone else's posts. I hope my posts/pics can help some of you out. It shows everything on my account, including the unlimited minutes. They gave me that and unlimited texting as well. My account has changed from Unlimited back to the original 450, but I'm 100% positive I still have unlimited minutes.

Got it sorted a couple months ago. Took a few cycles of them crediting my account for overages before it was finally locked in as unlimited. Strangely on another part of the site it doesn't say I have unlimited and notes that I've used 34 of 1001573 minutes. No idea if giving me a million minutes was some sort of work around.
