AT&T store iPhone launch day experiences?

Hello, can anyone share their experiences during an iPhone launch day at an AT&T store?
I've only purchased an iPhone at an Apple store on launch day and it was smooth and relatively pain free. But this AT&T trade in deal is too good to pass up.
I'm hoping the experience will be just as good at AT&T.

Get there the night before and plan to camp out. Limited qty at carrier stores. I predict this will be like the iPhone launches when they changed the physical footprint of the device. I remember one year i got there at 2am to a Att store and the lines were wrapping around the store

I had a good experience for the 3G back in the day. If you're getting a 6 I think you'll be fine. I wouldn't line up at AT&T for the Plus, however. I think the supply will be super small.
