A friend of mine pre-ordered from a local AT&T store on october 7th. They made him to sign and pay for the new 2-year contract, and the new iPhone fees in-front.
Now she is stuck, store won't cancel her order for some reason. The funny thing is the very same store has iPhone 4Ss in-stock and she cannot get one because store placed an order to be delivered to her billing address.
She tried AT&T call center several times, but it was no-go.
What can we do about it? This is not fair at all...
