So I'm using my iPad because my internet it down from #HurricaneSandy and all of the sudden I see "Personal Hotspot" option appear in my settings directly under bluetooth.
Now I know I didn't put this iPad on a Mobile Shared plan and I tried FaceTime over LTE and it's a no go.
It works for me, but I have no idea how it got there. I am NOT complaining, just want to know if anyone else noticed the same thing?
Maybe AT&T feels bad for people affected by the storm so they are letting us tether out of the goodness of their hearts🙄?...

P.S. I only have 1 bar of LTE on my iPad and 1 bar and no LTE on my iPhone 5. This sucks!
