AT&T TV Now Service Issues?

Anyone experiencing issues with AT&T TV Now? Content stopped streaming on my Apple TV then said I’m no longer a subscriber. Just paid 3 days ago. Same for iPhone app. Tried removing the ATV app and reinstalling and now the Home screen icon is absent. Serious issues going on my end.

After an hour of troubleshooting and another hour waiting to get on the phone with customer support, they did advise that there was a widely reported outage of the services. It lasted from about 4pm to 6pm EST.

That makes sense. I wasn’t using it in that time window, but was before and after.

Yeah, all good now though 👍. Thanks for taking the time to reply. Thought it was just me so I was furious at first.

Now if I can just figure out why it didn’t record Brooklyn nine nine last night for me like it was supposed to...

Damn... haven’t yet tried the DVR feature myself.
