After partnering with Hulu, Spotify today announced that it will bundle its Premium plan with AT&T's most expensive wireless offering. Specifically, if you pay for AT&T's Unlimited &More Premium plan, you'll have the option to get a Spotify Premium monthly subscription at no extra cost (via Variety).

AT&T's Unlimited &More Premium plans start at $80 monthly per line, and if you are an existing Spotify Premium customer who has &More Premium, you'll be able to keep your current Spotify account when signing up for the offer.

Spotify is one of seven options in AT&T's entertainment bundle, and customers can also choose one of the following as their free add-on: HBO, Cinemax, VRV, Showtime, Starz, or Pandora.
"We continue to build relationships with world-class partners like AT&T to bring our Spotify Premium product to new audiences in the U.S. and across the globe," Marc Hazan, Spotify's VP of premium partnerships, said in a statement.
AT&T will also offer select wireless customers a six-month free trial of Spotify Premium. According to AT&T, this is the beginning of an "ongoing collaboration" with Spotify, which just reached 108 million paid subscribers around the world as of June.

The new AT&T entertainment bundle with Spotify Premium will be available from tomorrow, August 6.

Is the family plan included in this? If I’m paying AT&T for a family plan, why can’t they hook it up with a family account for my lines...?

Spotify is so much better than Apple Music in almost every way.

Spotify doesn't pay artists, the most important thing. Spotify is trash.

for what it’s worth, Verizon just announced 4 new unlimited plans this morning and 2 of them include Apple Music. I know it isn’t AT&T, but that’s what this is in response to, I’m assuming.

Yeah I know. But I'm with AT&T for a good while longer at least and I'm taking advantage of the free HBO. I'm hoping that by the time my XS is paid off, T-Mo will have built out their coverage where I'm at.

Keep hoping. If your XS is paid off this year, do not hold your breath that T-Mobile coverage area will have been built close to Verizon including inside buildings. One of many caveats T-Mobile lower price which their customers have to experience is low to no signal coverage inside buildings.

ATT: We are offering MORE FREE stuff for the same price you already pay

Macrumors complainers: Why can’t we get wireless and internet and cable for free??

Lmao this is the truth. We already pay for Spotify so this just saved me $15 a month.

AT&T is far from perfect, but this is great for people who already pay for Spotify.

Edit: Put me in the complainers column. This is only for SINGLE Spotify premium, not the family
Plan. So people who have Spotify family plan, this isn’t for you. Only $9.99 customers.

A cellular carrier expanding their network???!!??! That’s going to be a wait.

My area is going on 8 years of waiting for any carrier expanding their coverage in my little city of a million or so.

Thanks for the heads up. After reading this I realized my old grandfathered unlimited is 20 more and doesn’t include the all the items. At the same time they gave me a 12 month credit $30 on my u-verse. So thanks for the free $600 over the next year.

Att plans are expensive, free Spotify won’t change that

I was just thinking, I'm paying $56/month through T-Mobile for my single line (but that includes the 20% lifetime hookup discount, too). I'd be hard pressed to give up what I'm paying currently to go back to AT&T.

I'll stick with T-Mobile and continue paying for Spotify premium.

I was excited for a second. I thought how great that I'll get HBO and Spotify for free. Then I see there are seven options, and you can only have one. I'll stick with HBO and continue paying for Apple Music.

I will say I had no idea that before today you could get something other than HBO free.

Sigh... Where do these inaccuracies come from!?

Been with T-Mobile since October 2014 AFTER leaving AT&T and nothing could be further from the truth.

Keep rolling on with to your agenda however, I'm sure T-Mobile will continue to offer record setting additions and churn, lol.

First, I'd never go to Verizon (see below). Second, the 600mhz bands are supposed to be exceptional for building coverage.

Aside from coverage and speed, AT&T is nearly as bad a company as Verizon. I can't expand upon that because I'm not allowed to talk about politics. However, this is the main reason I want to go back to T-Mobile.

T-Mobile has a roll out map for my area. Allegedly (allegedly...) they're going to have a huge build out in my area by the end of the year.
