First post, and just wanted to say that I was successful in getting AT&T to change my upgrade date from November 19, to today, October 18!!! Had to wait 4 extra days after iPhone 4S launch, but so much better than a whole month, especially since my iPhone 4 died....

If it helps; I had called customer service various times before launch and had even spoken to managers there, with no luck whatsoever. I was given that it was Apple's fault and that they couldnt change any dates. I got tired and wrote a letter to them explaining them my case, etc. I was called back upon receipt and was given a case and
resolution. You just have to talk to the
right people. Nothing is impossible. Customer service can go a long way.... Best of luck to you if you try to get your date changed!
