I got it to work, it said it would send me a confirmation e-mail but i don't have it yet. I didn't have to select data plan or anything else...that seems weird.
Well it looks like ATT went the wrong route , they allowing all customers to pre-order without a limit , basically its a wait and see to know if you was one of the first one to place the order... doesnt matter with 100 people receive comfirmation, as it states, your order could be delayed for reason stated.
