question. Can people please share what their order status is and if they have launch day delivery or not?

I have 2 iPhones for launch day delivery they say: Good News! We have got your order!

But I have a watch that isn’t shipping before release (ships between 23rd-7th), and its status is On Hold.

Want to make sure my watch order isn’t broken. ATT isn’t answering their phones and I’m tired of waiting lol. Thanks!

I didn't order a watch this year but the status for my phone is 'Good news! We got your order!'

So with the new eSim, sometimes I take my family members upgrades for myself when they don't want to upgrade and I can't yet, and put the sim in my old phone I want to hand down to them and then put my sim in the new phone that I used to "upgrade" their phone. Is that not possible any more going forward?

You can still upgrade swap, but you’ll have to call AT&T to have them do it for you once you have the new device. I’ve done this in the past with mostly no issues.

Not upset in the least about ship date. Regardless it’s happened twice before and I still got the phone on the release date.

It was a toss up on upgrading from 12 pro max and decided why not lol.

Lucky. My AW Ultra isn’t anticipated to ship until Nov 18! I went back just now and looked - the model I ordered (Black/Gray M/L Trail) has a shipping estimate of Mid Oct. Whatever. It will get here when it gets here I guess.
 
Just checked the status of my order and it's says "On hold". Is this normal for preorders from At&t?

I usually preorder off Apple.

I ordered a Space Black 256GB at 4:47 PST for launch day delivery and mine went from “Good news! We got your order” -> On Hold as well. Looks like this is normal?

I ordered a black iPhone 14 Pro Max 256GB. Saved $1000 by trading in my iPhone 12 Pro. Looking forward to this!

Order time was 7:57 EST. Status says - Expected to ship: Thu., September 15, 2022

Also ordered an OtterBox Symmetry Plus case.
 
Ordered a space black 14 Pro - 256G at around 3PM PST today and still got a 9-16 delivery date? Is the demand less this year? Or maybe because I went with black?

Same here. I ordered the same model at the same time and was pleasantly surprised at how quick/easy it was. The only minor hiccup was the confirmation email wasn't sent until the end of the day. But you could see the order status directly from the home page, so it was no big deal.

I'd ordered from Apple many times in the past. This was my first AT&T launch day order and it couldn't have been easier.
 
All was good until this afternoon when ATT send an email cancel the order because there is a technical glitch can‘t order another because the line still have the other canceled order attached to it 2 hours on chat and phone and I was told to go to the store
 
Preordered my Gold, iPhone 14 Pro Max this morning. Cannot say when it will ship for sure, however, it should be in my hands Friday at the latest!

Good luck to all who preordered, or for those who are facing longer shipping windows.

Very happy with ATT. Got on Att’s site at 7:55am. Ordered two pros and out by 8:01. 👍😀
 
Just got my email as well. Is it time to start watching the UPS flights coming in from China on FlightAware? ;) I know I was able to find my package by searching UPS by reference number (your phone number) last year. Too early for that right now.

I thought carrier orders were already state side, sitting in an igloo somewhere??? No way they can ship Thursday and have it here by Friday 🤷?

That sucks. I hope you'll be able to get it at the store.
 
Before it was just my Watch Ultra on hold, but now all of my iPhone 14PM orders went on hold. I chatted with them and they said no issues and everything is on track.

I did go to the T&C site, just to check, and it did not accept any of my numbers.

I think on hold is normal this year.
 
Same with the iPhone on hold status. Checked the t & c site and it just says it’s already registered. Probably just processed and now they can’t move until Thursday.
