Was wondering if anyone else has experienced this:

Currently a Verizon customer, and switched to AT&T for a BYOD discount at work. I preordered the X yesterday about 7:45am. I received an “verify your email address” email and that’s it. I was charged $70 for taxes but I have no order number, account access, tracking. Customer service online and in store could not assist me in obtaining my order number. Is this normal? They were sure quick to charge my card, only to not give me any information pertaining to my order.

I would also add that the order number showed up when I paid, but I took the photo in Messages, never sent it and eventually lost it due to it not saving in the camera roll. Kicking my self for this one for sure.

Any advise?
