But it is also currently running me $120+tax for the 4 lines.
Wait, are you saying you have 4 lines with data and it's only running you $120? How is that possible? My wife and I have iPhones on AT&T. I have unlimited data and she has the 250MB plan. We have the ridiculous text messaging plan. That takes us to $160 for two phones.
The last time I compared the options, Verizon would have cost me $10 more a month.
So do you have some non-smartphones in there? A discount? Something?
Nor has crying about it, ever solved anything.
Um, that's just the whole reason why Capitalism works. But you're right. It doesn't solve anything. How can it when there's collusion in the market and government interference and regulation.
Or they can charge you what they are now and still make money. Businesses are in the business to make money first, not to help customers or create a better world. Don't forget that.
No, forget that because it's not generally the case. Most businesses care about their customers. Businesses want to make money, but most are started to address a need someone perceives in the marketplace. And the best ideas rise to the top. It's only when they become too large and too worried about investors that businesses lose their way. Look at Apple. It scores high with consumers and doesn't even pay dividends on a regular basis. But they're still focused on making high-quality, desirable products because they want to produce a quality product. When businesses decide to sacrifice quality for money, that's when they no longer care about helping their customers.
