At what day can one expect change in order status?

For us less fortunate souls that have delivery scheduled post lunch day - does anyone have experience... at what particular day can you expect order movements on Apple order status page? Ie from Order in progress to Preparing for shipment? I check the order status page zillion times per day - I just wanted to know if there are days when there is much higher probability of order status to change? Tnx in advance.
