At what screen brightness do you use your SR MBP?

Full almost always. Then again, I almost always have it plugged in. 😉 When I know I'll be away from power for a while, I'll drop it down to the minimum or one above that.
I change mine a lot throughout the day. Definitely depends on the lighting. It's usually at about 90% unless I am sleepy. Then it gets turned down a lot 😛
15" LED backlit, 4-5 bars from the top. Higher than that it's too bright and gives me a headache.

I usually let the annoying sensor under the speaker grill figure it out for me, but I usually have it around the middle, unless Im outdoors.
Damn 1 or 2 from the top is BRIGHT, lol. For me at least. It's like blinding! Mine is usually in the middle at the office and at home.

i tend to never go full out on any setting...so i have mine like this, which is already very good for my tastes..
Mine is almost exactly like this. But I adjust, as needed.
Man everyone on here keeps that thing high. I prefer to keep it a little darker about 1/3 from the lowest setting. Yet then again I like having the extra battery time!!! 🙂😀😎
Same for me, when I'm indoors in a fully lit room. On battery, I'm down to the very minimum.
It hurts my eyes when its up full (matte screen), it is just so damn bright!

I let the auto brightness set it self for whatever room I'm in and if I don't like it I change it and/or if i like where it's at I turn it off until the next location change.
