Carrier At what time do pre-orders start? 3 am est?

Thanks. Just read AT&T will have preorders on the 16th in store but on I think oct 23 online. That sucks. But I plan on buying all the iPhones on different carriers so oh well. Maybe 2 on Verizon ....
