ATI 3870 and Nvidia 8800GT in Mac Pro(2006 Model)?

I have a Mac Pro Quad 2.66 (2006 Model) with 1 ATI 3870 installed.
Can I install the second graphic card(Nvidia 8800GT) into the slot 2?
And how to configure the PCI Express speed in the Expansion Slot Utility?

You'd want it in slot 4, but yes

But the slot 4 is already used by the CalDigit RAID card.

So, how about this setup?

Slot 4: 8X(CalDigit RAID Card)
Slot 3: 1X
Slot 2: 8X(Nvidia 8800GT)
Slot 1: 16X (ATI 3870)

Can't do that, unfortunately.
