It's the same, if not easier: OS X typically already has the drivers. 🙂
Only one I had a problem with was my X800; the drivers flashed the BIOS of the card and the fans went into overdrive. Reboot solved it. Sadly, no point during the installation do they tell you that you need to reboot.
