ATI tray tools problems

I am having a bit of trouble opening the ATI tray tools program on my iMac. Whenever I open the "attsetup.exe" file, it opens notepad with some crazy numbers, letters, and symbols. please help!

That is a Windows program anything ending in .exe is Windows software.. You need to install Windows to use it via Bootcamp. Since it is ATI Tray Tools Parallels would be no good as it does not provide access to the GPU.
