It's pretty much all over the internet. Did you try google ?

That's how I found it and quickly...

Even though I have it I won't post it here as it's AT&T's intellectual property.

OK, I started feeling sorry for ya who can't seem to get Google to do it's thing

    Here is a source.

    You have to register 1st.

Don't forget to do the terminal mod so iTunes will allow selection of ipcc file.

    Have fun

iTunes 9.1 allowed me to update IPCC without terminal mod.

Is it weird that updating my carrier file from 4.0 to 5.0 enabled MMS? Is mine hacked or does 5.0 normally support MMS?

Your carrier file depends on your phone's firmware.

3.0 and above can use 5.1 as I understand it.

2.2.1 uses like 4.5 I think, and so on and so forth.

Yes, the carrier files have been modified to support MMS.

Gotcha...So think it would be a good idea to switch over to 5.1? Having a legit carrier file seems like a good idea, lmao.

None of them are legit, they are all modified to enable MMS which has not "officially" had the AT&T carrier files released to the iphone public yet.
