My initial order showed as cancelled almost immediately. Assumed it was because of a "fraud" hold on my credit card (Chase doesn't seem to learn that I order from AT&T every damn year). Cleared the hold and placed a second order before 1am Pacific which was almost immediately cancelled as well.

This morning I asked my corporate rep to contact AT&T on my behalf and they escalated the issue. AT&T re-instated my first order and it currently shows delivery on the 16th. For those who got the quick cancellations you may need to contact AT&T or have your company contact them to get it straightened out.

None of them are cancelled (so far). 2 Jet Blacks are estimate for 10/21 and 2 Regular Blacks are estimated for 9/16 delivery. 2 Jet Blacks were ordered a few minutes before 3AM while the other 2 Ten minutes after 3AM.

upgrade fees? we get charge 45 a pop so 196 dollars for 4 phones , but when ever we call they get taken off. i was on hold and got an nice lad, and he waived off all 4 charges into statement credit. so only paying for phone and taxes 419 plus tax and monthly plans for 2 yrs.

Unfortunately we still have to pay the 45 for each line. I wish I can get them waived. I think I tried once and after they rejected me, I said w/e.

oh i just called and was on hold for about an hr and got an nice lad, was very helpful and i flatout let him know(no apply butter , yea we being loyal) that they always charge me upgrades but when i call everytime they waive it into statement credit(in a nice and soft friendly manner).He comes back and says mr patel you will get an email from me soon about waived charges being applied to your statement next month and i go :):). saved me 196 bucks ... considering my monthly bill is 250ish.

try it again, doesnt hurt really but just be sure you have ton of free time since they have an long waiting line
 
So here's what happened with my order. I placed it at midnight, a few minutes later it was cancelled...but then an hour later it switched from "cancelled" to "needs action" and I got an email saying I needed to call. I talked to premier support on the phone and basically, somehow the website tried to put me on a next plan that wasn't offered anymore and my order got stuck. She reprocessed my order, I got a new order number and my ship date is still the 15th!
 
update: I finally received an email confirmation for my "cancelled" order, 15 hours after ordering. 7 128 black set to ship on the 14th !

it was only 20 bucks difference with 64 and 128. It costed 399 for 6 plus 64gb and 419 for 7 plus 128gb.

Nice. i ordered at 2:45am pst, 1:45am cst, 2:45am est.

Estimated Ship date is 9/23-9/30 also, but they are all charged in my credit card all 4 of them.
 
A bit frustrated that the earliest I could order was 16 mins after the hour and I'm sitting at estimated ship dates of Sept 23rd - 30. I'm hoping my order gets moved up since I'm flying out early on the 23rd for vacation.
 
Does anyone's phone show up as "back ordered" on the order status page? The delivery by date is still Sept 16th.
 
Mine shows shipped with a FedEx tracking number now. Delivery date is Friday and there's a red message on the FedEx site that says "Per shipper instructions, package will not be delivered until the scheduled delivery date.", so looks like I won't be getting a day early this time :). It was a regular iPhone 7 128GB Black ordered through ATT Premier.

Yep. On the order status page it says Backordered, but it has a Fedex tracking number with today's date as the shipment date. Looks like our company will be getting in all of the black iPhone 7 models we ordered (1 32 GB and 4 128 GB). None of the Plus models have shipping dates yet.

It happened to my second rose gold, showed backordered but it shipped after 15 mins.

I'm seeing some people 7 plus black ship in regular att thread.

Hopefully we should get shipping emails today.

So far all of my iPhone 7 Black 32 and 128 GB models have shipped. And then I just got a notice of a 32GB iPhone 7 Plus Gold model that shipped today and is also expected for tomorrow. It had said 10/6-10/13 originally, so it looks like they are starting to move the Plus models.

Mine 2 rose golds ship (one showed backorder but it shop later )
2 blacks are still waiting ( one showing backorder since last night) could be shipping soon. I hope so

Two of the matte blacks (estimated to deliver tomorrow) kept its estimated dates and will be here tomorrow.

The two jet blacks have no movement and are still estimated for october 14ish.

My fifth matte black I ordered on Tuesday afternoon is estimated to ship between the 19th and 26th, no movement on that one yet. All phones are regular 7's, 128gb.
 
Update on my silver iPhone 7+ 128gb which was originally suppose to ship between the 23rd - 30th. I just received a FedEx email notification that it will be delivered tomorrow by 3pm at the latest! :)

I'm really surprised it was moved up after hearing all of the stories about the 7+ models being in such short supply between no availability at the Apple stores tomorrow and trying to meet the demand of all of the upgrade program customers.

Good luck to everyone else with their orders.
