ATT canceled my order, apple's still processing.

    my order got canceled yesterday 3 hours after midnight and i thinks it's because i used my own credit card while the account is under someone else's name. Then i placed my order through apple and i got a confirmation email and the att's next agreement summary.

    I am just a little bit worried that the status still shows processing. will apple cancel my order by any chance later?

    Same boat as you

    AT&T canceled your order because it wasn't eligible for the upgrade was the email I got via AT&T Premier. That's what there system most likely thought because the Apple order I did afterwards processed (got the installment agreement email too).

    You can't upgrade the same line twice so the AT&T order was canceled

    My Apple Store login shows - processing item & available to ship 7-10 days

    Not too sure about YOUR credit card situation - my cards line up with my billing and shipping info

    yea, mine was "Unfortunately, we were unable to verify the information you provided. As a result, your order has been canceled."

    so do you think our orders went through? It has been a day now and i didn't get any cancelation email.

    If you got the installment agreement we should be good

    But like I said, my billing and shipping are all lined up and verified

    Regardless, I'll have anxiety until I see a "preparing for shipment" email
