Why oh why did you send them in together. Each would have a separate shipping label, doesn't cost you any thing to ship three packages. That way when they bar code them in, each is received into their system.

They obviously received and looked at all three, as per message you received, but another part of their system shows only one. Probably the one with bar code on shipping label. Always think, how can AT&T screw this up and take precautions. At least you have shipping record, trouble is it's one package.


No. Read my post again. I shipped all 3 phones in with 3 separate prepaid labels. SEPARATELY shipped. And I DO have tracking numbers. I also mentioned that in my post.

Since my original post I checked the Newgistics tracking and they show that all three phones were delivered (separately) all on 10/6. Obviously the USPS tracking shows still in transit because the packages were probably handed off to another carrier and USPS doesn't actually deliver them.

So it looks like ATT just doesn't have its stuff together with their internal tracking. I am confident they will figure it out as I have proof each phone was delivered and I also have a text from them saying they received each and that they were inspected and were fine. Hell will freeze over before I pay another dime to them for these phones.
 
So I call AT&T and of course get the computer answering machine. Does it irritate anyone else that the computer system they use try's to mimic a real person, down to the pauses, off hand comments like "please hold on a second", and hearing it typing on a keyboard. For some reason that bugs the **** out of me. I know it's not a real person so don't add the cutsie answers and back ground typing noises.

Next the computer will simulate an Indian/Pakistan call center with background noises from other calls. Jeeezzz
 
Both phones on our account got the delivered you don't have to do anything else text weeks ago then got the we don't have it text and figured it was an error. Not real shocking considering its att
The whole process is kind of a hassle should be able to return at a store would be much easier
