Just curious...How many of you are reporting your dropped calls, weak or no signal via the ATT app? I'd assume the more that do it, the more info they have to try and fix the problems.

I use that app all the time; sometimes more than once in an area just to get the point across that I am having an issue and they need to fix it because I am sure other users are as well.

I doubt that they pay attention though.

unfortunately for me the only time I wanted to use it I couldn't because I was zipping down the freeway and lost a signal for a brief moment

The app will actually try to save you gps location if it fails because you lose service and can't send it through and once you get service again it sends ATT that saved location.

I use it constantly. I report every single problem I ever have, though I haven't seen any improvement per se.
