ATT iPhone 5 Pre-order thread

I just got off the phone with an ATT rep...so incredibly useless with their scripted answers. *sigh* The person I spoke to said "... the carrier pick up orders from the fulfillment center today with anticipated (....the agent stressed anticipated...) delivery for Wednesday. If you live in an area directly affected by the storm, the delivery could be delayed." I tried to press to get specifics on how much of a delay and all they could say was "...depends on the storm." Aarrrrggghhh
Update - tracking number received and status is shipped. Due to be delivered by end of day on Wed Oct 31.
I love the entitlement in this thread of being mad about your phone not coming during a hurricane where PEOPLE ARE DYING AND LOSING THEIR HOMES AND BUSINESSES. You've waited this long I think you can wait a few more days.

Just moved from In Progress to shipped, not showing anything on UPS though, but happy to have finally made it to this point. Most likely gonna be some Sandy-related delays, but that's okay. The wait is almost over!

There are NO marks on my bezel or back. They may have fixed that quality control issue they were having back in September/early October.

Ordered 16gb black on 10/9 from an AT&T store, just came off backorder sometime in the last hour.
Yay! Phone will get here 10/31. Not bad for ordering 10/15! I'm thinking that they are finally catching up on all the backorders. Everyone that's in the path of Sandy, take care and be safe.
its not the hurricane itself, its the fact that there is always something to delay or hinder an arrival. but, thanks 4 the well wishes. I'm in Maryland and its already getting pretty crazy over here.
I'm from Minnesota, but I certainly send well wishes of health and safety. Be very careful!! I hear the winds may be possible to be felt as far NW as the great lakes by tomorrow. That's pretty crazy.
So mine is being shipped 2nd day air. I assume if today counts, I'll get it Wednesday. If tomorrow counts then Thursday. Not long now though... not long now.
FedEx tried to deliver my iPhone 5 (64GB black) today that I ordered on the 24th but I never knew it was even shipped! AT&T Premier never sent me a shipment confirmation email and the order status is still at "Processing." If I had known, I would have stayed home. Now I have to drive 8+ miles....
