Hello, All.

Quick question. AT&T is where I bought my phone on launch day. They have return/exchange period of only 14 days, but Apple has a 30 day. Since I am past my 14 day at AT&T, would Apple honor a return/exchange being that it is under the 30 day period?

my first guess would be no

basically my guess is since it didn't come from Apple's stock they can't take it back as a return. kind of like buying something at target and then trying to return it to walmart

I bought my 5S from an AT&T store and had some issues with it. They told me at AT&T that Apple did not allow them to replace phones and to go to the Apple store.
I did and after running diagnostics on it Apple did replace it with a new 5S.
But it was only a week old.

No. This is why many purchase their phones through Apple to get the 30 day return policy. Carriers, except in California I've read, have a 14 day return, so you are out of luck.
