I just had one of the best (even though very long) experiences with ATT support and I ended up with my minutes reset and the extension of my service month for this month. If anyone is wondering what the problem was, me porting my number basically kicked me off as a customer. My ported number was recognized as a brand new unactivated number by the system so I was being forced to do the whole initial payment and register thing again. I have a pre-paid iphone and apparently they don't get many requests to port for prepaid iPhones.
