So I have a att jaibroken 5s that I can't enable wifi on at all. Not via settings and not via swiping up to bring up some settings. It does nothing or its grayed out. I currently don't have a sim in it as it's not in much use but I still used it from time to time via wifi but I can't for a while now. Is there any way to fix this without having to wipe out/restore/etc and lose my jb? I've tried resetting network settings and resetting all settings. Thanks so much!

It sounds like its a hardware issue and nothing to do with the jailbreak.
If its grayed out its usually faulty or dead wifi chip or antenna.

Oh that sucks. Although I may have insurance via att. But if I don't how much would apple charge me to fix or replace it? Or is it better to just get one via Swappa? Thanks.

You can try a 3rd party repair shop to see how much. Apple will charge you the replacement fee. $269 plus tax.
But try the att insurance first.
