Can you have two phones on the same number with numbersync?

Have an old 5S that I like to use sometimes for workouts, small pockets etc and too lazy swap sims sometimes.

Thanks

No. Numbersync only works on one phone with secondary devices.

I'm was trying to do the same thing but it won't work. iOS' native handoff does work though so if both devices are in the same wifi network then you can have both phones ring at the same time. But its not quite the same or effective as Numbersync.

Unfortunately, that won't work with extra iPhones...if you had an iPod touch, you could use that on NumberSync, but it would require wifi (obviously).

Someone told me I need to get an extra line on Att(yes costs $$ and recurring) then imessage I can do forwarding(for txt green messages) on my primary phone and also forward calls. I think this works and its not perfect. But it will cost extra $25 month so maybe not worth it.

I would also look at what data plan you're on if the extra line is $25/month. Sometimes it's cheaper or only a little more to switch to a bigger data plan, as the line charges drop to $15/each (4 phones on the 5GB plan are $150, while 4 phones on the 15GB plan are $160).

Also, this may make the whole thing moot, but the 5S doesn't work with NumberSync: https://www.att.com/shop/wireless/features/numbersync.html

You are right its 15 and even less with FAN I forgot the price with the new data share. Well not really new

It wouldnt use numbersync. Just sign into imesage and call forwarding. So if the primary phone is not sitting in a place with a good signal I wouldnt recive the call or green text but will still get the blue messages

Anyway first world spoiled problems - 180 a yr + activation to not switch sims.
