My order status says there is an order...what should i do?
Call AT&T and see what the problem is. But how are you even getting in to check your order status?
i selected "Order Number" then entered the number, then zipcode and the image code thing.
When did you place the order? I ordered about 2 hrs ago and getting the same error message.

I keep getting an error when I'm trying to type in the info to track the package.

I have that same error. I don't know what it means.
I called 611 and they said "if you ordered in the last 6-8 hours" call back in 1 hour.
The fact is I ordered once at 11 and I got worried when I saw nothing and ordered again around 2ish. So I don't really know.
It's AT&T so I may have 2 orders, one order and once cancelled, or both cancelled. I printed out my orders tho. And if all else fails there is an AT&T store under my house. (seriously)
Did you try using your wireless number instead of the order number? Just a thought.
I'm in the same boat. ordered at 1:15, printed the receipt, and tried to call with no luck. they told me to call again. I'm worried because it has not charged my card, and i have received no email.
My order says Attention the wife's order says processing so who know?
I'm in the same boat. Have gotten email but I get that same error. I'm switching from Verizon w/ 4 phones ordered.

I got my email 5 min later. anyway I'm able to see it after logging in with premiere link.
