My other phone is finally available for an upgrade so i went to my premier website and clicked upgrade a line and it shows a ton of phones but the iphone is not listed. Anyone have any ideas:confused:
:apple:

On the left hand side, can you click the check box beside Apple? It should list afterwards.

No that's what i thought too but apple isnt even listed hold on ill post a screen shot

I just checked my Premier Website, even though I'm not upgrade eligible I still see the Apple iPhones (even the refurb)

Odd, no Apple on your left side. You might wanna call Business Care for that then.

Ask for a supervisor when you're on the phone, they should be able to help you out more than the regular agents.

Did you mean AT&T in the title instead of attention?

Is what is available in any way affected by the deal you have that is associated with the organization that made you Premier in the first place? I know the discounts on service vary by organization, and I'm fairly sure that the deal I have is reflected on the Premier site when I access it.

Just a thought - maybe your organization doesn't have a deal for the iPhone?
