Please post in the correct forum. This is for iOS 9 beta, not iPhone carriers.

Sounds high to me. I have 3 lines all with unlimited talk/text and sharing 20GM data for $130/month. Only thing I don't have that you have is the international SMS. That can't possibly be $100/month.

that including

att next for 2
iphone 6 and 6 plus i purchase together in 1 bill

they count me this way

100 dollar for 15 GB data roll over
70 dollar for att next 2 iphone under contract
35 dollar for unlimited data sms international
10 dollar add on sharing with ipad.

215 plus tax = 227 $

I'm confused by your breakdown (I dunno, it doesn't look right to me) but ~$140 for service after deducting the Next installment plan sounds about right.

ok , let me explain

before my iphone and my wife iphone is saparate account
i'm using iphone 6, she using iphone 6 plus
we both upgrade early ATT next program ,
iphone 6 for 37.95 iphone 6 plus for 45.97 monthly

so each month each account were paid around 90-97 dollar with single plan
450 minute, none sms , none unlimited , 4GB data , over data 10 dollar charge

later , i decide to switch to sharing family plan and they give me a deal offer me cheaper like they promise and both account togerther in 1 account , which is all in one bill

now my plan was sharing family plan
15 GB data
unlimited talk
unlimited sms usa
unlimited international outside usa
unlimited hotspot tethering

after tax total : 217

last week i just add on new devices which is ipad air 10$ option

so before i pay two phone two account saparate almost 180 or 190 but only 3GB data
now i pay 30 dollar more i get 15 GB data and i can using for 2 iphone and 1 ipad
with unlimited talk, sms and international sms , also unlimited tethering hotspot

difference is 30 dollars more,,,

Is that international roaming or just international texting? Because there's a difference. Unlimited international SMS is already included in the new Mobile Share Value plans. International roaming is not.

Normal plan rates are as follows:

$130 MS Value 15GB - includes unlimited talk, unlimited text (domestic and international) and 15GB shared data with tethering
$15 iPhone 6 Plus line fee
$15 iPhone 6 line fee
$10 iPad line fee
------------------------------
$170 TOTAL (service only)

Just add the device installment plans. If you're only paying ~$230 inclusive of taxes and device installment, I'm guessing you got a promotion from the retentions department or a corporate discount.

Now whether you consider the amount you're paying reasonable is up to you but I'd say it's around par for course on ATT or VZW postpaid.

No, I didn't forget about the Next payments. Note the following paragraph.

It's an okay deal. You could probably go cheaper with prepaid if you don't need tethering and if iPad data isn't a must.

I got in on the double data deal so I'm paying $250 (including taxes) for MSV 20GB on 4 iPhones (2 on installment, 2 paid off) and 1 iPad.

227 is not cheap to people making 9- or 10 dollar minimum wage - sometime i wonder why i am so stupid wasting money alot on mobile hobby-

so far so good i am happy with my data now - every months all devices used around 7-10 gb -@ still roll up little

If you tether to your iPad why bother add it on for $10? Save yourself $10.
i was thinking that too but result is not so good speed comparing to cellular lte
on my ipad air -

tethering speed slower than lte

if everyone using tethering on ipad then no one need to buy cellular version anymore

Convenience. Besides, it's cheaper to just get a cellular iPad and pay $10/mo access fee than to buy a mobile hotspot and pay $20/mo access fee. Also, the iPad makes for a much longer lasting hotspot battery-wise than any smartphone (like more than 40 hours on a single charge on the iPad 4).

But you are saying you are tethering. Or
Are these multiple different iPads you are talking about?

Unlimited domestic and international texting is actually included on all Mobile Share Value plans. The breakdown in post #7 is incorrect. You'll find the correct breakdown in charges on post #12. Of course, T-Mobile's unlimited texting and 2G data while roaming is nice.
