I was trying to find a good thread to put this in but I could not see one that fit. On these boards lately people have been complaining up a storm about the 3GS and the issues with customer service support. Now guys put yourself in their shoes and think a minute. These guys get into work and are getting the same calls over and over again about stupid stuff with this. When is MMS going to work or something is weird with my iPhone.
I mean I do realize that some of these posters are right and the CS is wrong but you got to give these people a break. Hey you never know it might be someone in training you are talking too or it is their first day on the phone. If you believe they are miss informing you then either ask to speak to a manager or hang up and call again.
Some people need to put their self on the other side and you start taking calls from people asking everything question imaginable and lets see how good you sound on the phone.
