Already disabled Its the Tweaks that create the problems..thats why i would much rather just disable the whole thing except the overclocking area...

I guess there is no alternative program then?

Well, I'm not sure if RivaTuner would work. Anyway, ATI Tray Tools is the easiest, cleanest way of doing things like changing your voltage and whatnot.

Can you give me your settings then ? I mean all those 3d tweaks settings and so on. That would probably help me out a lot

after I installed 11.8 Drivers, Crysis 2 multiplayer at high settings and native res with 780/980 0.955v is kinda butter smooth except that I suck at the online part for the moment

I tried playing around with ATT a bit more, but the only thing i get in games is stuttering... I checked with GPU Z, all the clocks are applied properly...so its just those settings in the 3d tweaks section. Usually, i dont even use any of these settings as i have no such program activated.

What about the Radeon Bios Editor ? I couldnt successfully extract the bios of the chip...is it even possible ?

Come on, anyone ? i really want to lower my voltage without having to live with those other tweaks...

How about fixing them in Catalyst Control Center? I've set mine to application controlled thing, what games are you playing that stutters so much?

...Fallout New Vegas...i know, thats a very specific one, one that stutters naturally...
Well, without ATT and without CCC, i get no stuttering, but as soon as i enable one of the two i get stuttering

Isnt there a way to force disable those parts of ATT via some registry setting or something ?

Or is there some registry tweak to directly alter the volts ? Where are those settings stored anyway ? Does the chip possess a bios ? How could one access this?

ahoy mon,did exactly what you described,the ati 11.8,the tray tools,,used driver sweeper beforehand to uninstall all previous ati files-twice, re ran aero assesment,now homefront is playing at hi settings,looking and running better than ever,there is a noticeable difference,i have it undervolted .995-900-700,and disabled core parking,im also running game booster beta 3 thats now using a virtual desktop scenario to run games in[ie switches to virtual desktop for gaming mode] and its kicking some real arse @1680x1050 no joke,i can see the difference from applebcamp stock drivers,its massive actually,no stutter at all on HIGHER gaming specs!!! im fluctuating 35-50 fps,before on lower specs 28-40,

good one,[ps,to the geezer above,download game booster 3 beta,and configure it to turn ccc,and mom,off while gaming!! but leave ati tray tools on,]plus it will disable heaps more services while gaming,back on when finished.

I am using Game Booster 3.0 Beta 2 and as i described before, i did already deactivate CCC !
